Newcomers to the Bryant Park Neighborhood: SoulCycle and Academia Barilla

In the past two years, the pace of development in the Bryant Park neighborhood has increased dramatically. In retail (we recently welcomed Torneau to the neighborhood), food (plans for a Whole Foods were announced, we've reviewed a number of restaurants on 40th Street, and we recently released the names of our food kiosk operators to open in Summer 2015), or wellness (both Blink and Equinox gyms have opened in the past year), the Bryant Park neighborhood is seeing some exciting new additions.

There are two more storefronts opening in the coming months.

SoulCycle, on 41st Street across Sixth Avenue from the park, has put up a decorative covering on its windows. No word yet on when exactly the high-energy cycling studio will open, but we imagine it will be within the next several months.

The SoulCycle sign has appeared on 41st Street.

On Sixth Avenue across from the park, Academia Barilla has put out its sign. From the completed looks of the interior, the restaurant should start serving its pasta, salads, and paninis shortly.
Academia Barilla has great views out its windows--views of Bryant Park!

We are enjoying the developments in the neighborhood!
