Flashback of the Week: Emily Giffin, The One and Only
Emily Giffin (right), author of The One and Only, talked to Jane Green (left) on what inspired her book: “The One and Only explores this idea of unconventional love. I think a lot have this feeling that our life should look a certain way, and our relationships should be a certain way, from family and society’s expectations.
What happens if the thing you want isn’t right on paper necessary? Or if you fell in love with the person you shouldn’t?”
