Whether you’re looking to strengthen your mind-body connection, build up a sweat, or learn a new skill, we have something for everyone. Best of all, classes and play are free, and equipment is provided—just show up!

Discover the ancient healing art of Tai Chi every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30am. Reap the benefits of improved balance, coordination, and flexibility for the rest of your day. Classes are held rain or shine and taught by members of the Tai Chi Chuan Center.

If you’re looking for an adventurous way to sweat, join us for Bryant Park Fencing, held every Friday from 1-2pm. Masters from the Manhattan Fencing Center will teach you to feint and parry, while you increase your heart rate.

Learn the joy of modern dance with Bryant Park Moves with Limon Dance, every Saturday from 10-11am. Express yourself in the open air as you learn from internationally renowned instructors.
