With indoor heat blasting and outdoor temperatures dropping, my skin's texture has begun to resemble a reptile's, so I was happy to see that one of this year's kiosks in The Holiday Shops is occupied by Shea Moisture. I can now conquer the winter dry skin problem and smell great doing it! Plus, as an archivist, how could I resist all of these neatly arranged rows and stacks?
Shea Moisture carries a wide range of great-smelling soaps, salt scrubs, lotions, haircare, and baby care products. Their scents are fresh but not overpowering or too perfumey, making pretty much everything in the store a great stocking stuffer or gift for a lady or a gent. Bar soaps are three for $10, so I picked these up with the intention of giving at least two away as gifts. Or maybe I'll keep them all. I've been good this year! (Yes, I "styled" them on a copy of a vintage NYC subway map. I am the archivist after all.)
